This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the Synquake Service.

Violation of this Policy may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of access to the Service.

1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Facilitate unlawful activities;
• Engage in fraud or deception;
• Infringe intellectual property rights;
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others;
• Circumvent security controls;
• Gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious code;
• Conduct phishing or social engineering attacks;
• Operate illegal marketplaces or services.

2. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

You may not use the Service to:

• Process personal data without a lawful basis;
• Violate privacy laws;
• Transfer personal data unlawfully;
• Collect information through deceptive means;
• Circumvent consent requirements.

Customers remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

3. SYSTEM ABUSE

You may not:

• Overload the Service;
• Generate excessive requests;
• Interfere with Service operation;
• Attempt denial-of-service attacks;
• Bypass rate limits;
• Consume unreasonable infrastructure resources.

Synquake may impose technical limitations to maintain platform stability.

4. SECURITY TESTING

Security research conducted against Synquake systems requires prior written authorization.

Unauthorized testing, scanning, probing, vulnerability exploitation, or penetration testing is prohibited.

5. CUSTOMER DATA

You represent and warrant that you possess all rights, permissions, and authorizations necessary to process and transfer Customer Data through the Service.

You may not use the Service to process:

• Stolen data;
• Unlawfully obtained information;
• Content violating applicable law;
• Content infringing third-party rights.

6. HIGH-RISK ACTIVITIES

The Service is not designed or intended for use in circumstances where failure could result in:

• Death;
• Personal injury;
• Medical decisions;
• Emergency services decisions;
• Critical infrastructure failures;
• Aviation or transportation safety systems;
• Nuclear facilities;
• Military systems.

Use of the Service in such environments is at the user's sole risk.

7. AUTOMATED ABUSE

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate spam;
• Operate abusive bots;
• Conduct credential stuffing;
• Scrape systems unlawfully;
• Manipulate platform metrics.

8. ENFORCEMENT

Synquake reserves the right to:

• Investigate violations;
• Suspend access;
• Restrict functionality;
• Remove content;
• Terminate accounts;
• Cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

Synquake is not obligated to provide advance notice before taking protective action.

9. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

10. MODIFICATIONS

Synquake may update this Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised versions.
