Terms of Service — Synquake

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and SOLIZY LLC, a company registered in Georgia, with its registered address in Bobokvati, Georgia ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Synquake application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and will comply with all applicable laws.

3. Description of Service

Synquake is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to synchronize and manage data across third-party tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

4. Accounts and User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

5. Fees and Payment

Certain features may require payment. All fees are displayed within the Service. Payments are processed via third-party providers. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions.

6. Subscription and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law.

7. Refunds

You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your data as necessary to provide the Service.

All rights in the Service (excluding your content) belong to SOLIZY LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or data practices of third-party services you connect to Synquake.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or other reasons.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

15. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SOLIZY LLC against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
