Use Synquake from Airtable

The Synquake extension lets you send tables from an Airtable base to other platforms. It checks your base's status in Synquake and opens the Synq setup with your base already selected. It only reads your base's name and its tables' names and ids, never your records.

Before you start

You need:

Set up, in this order

1. Create your Synquake account

Sign up at app.synquake.com. It is free to start: the Free plan allows 1 active Synq and lets you sync Airtable with Webflow. Paid plans allow more Synqs, higher record limits and more integrations, such as WordPress, Supabase and Google Sheets.

2. Connect Airtable to Synquake

  1. In Synquake open Connections and click Connect Airtable.
  2. Approve Airtable's consent screen and select the bases you want to sync. Synquake can only see the bases you grant here.

Prefer a token? Create a personal access token in Airtable's Builder Hub with the scopes data.records:read, data.records:write and schema.bases:read, give it access to your base, and paste it when adding the connection.

3. Add the extension to your base

  1. In Airtable, open your base and click Extensions, then Add an extension.
  2. Find Synquake and add it.
  3. Click Connect Synquake. A Synquake tab opens with a code. Check it matches the code in Airtable, then click Approve. Return to Airtable.

No password or key is typed into Airtable. The extension gets a token you can revoke at any time.

4. Create your first Synq

  1. In the extension, choose the tables you want to send.
  2. Click Create a Synq from this base. Synquake opens the setup with Airtable and your base selected.
  3. Choose a destination connection, map your collections and fields, then save.
  4. Back in Airtable, the extension lists the Synqs that use this base and when each last synced.
